Recovery times are measured in milliseconds, ensuring minimum disruption to our customer’s services.

Targeted Network and Service Objectives:

Network Latency
A maximum one-way trip transmission delay of TEN milliseconds between Atria’s intra-regional points-of-presence (POPs).

Packet Loss
0.1% or less, and is 0.001% or less for customers who subscribe to Quality of Service (QoS).

Mean Time to Restore Services
Atria’s goal is to restore an interruption of services within four hours.
