Patrick Dooling has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Atria Networks.
An experienced financial executive and M&A specialist, Mr. Dooling was previously the company’s Vice President, Finance & Administration. He is located in the company’s Ottawa office.
Prior to joining Atria in 2007, Mr. Dooling worked in the telecom and power development sectors. He spent five years as a Toronto-based financial consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he advised top-tier Canadian and international clients on merger and acquisition opportunities and post-merger integration initiatives.
A chartered accountant, he holds a MSc (University of Victoria), MA (Wilfrid Laurier University) and a PhD in Geography (University of Sussex, UK).
