Community
Atria Networks began as a local utility telecommunications company and the company remains committed to the ideals it upheld as a prominent community citizen. Today, despite growth into many new cities across the province, Atria remains firmly grounded in the communities we serve, as outlined below.
Strong Start
“Strong Start® is a community youth literacy project, delivered in public schools through the donated time of hundreds of volunteers. Click the logo below to learn more about Strong Start. The Strong Start® organization has grown rapidly and is adding new programs to continue its efforts in early child literacy development from birth to age 10. Literacy skills are the strongest indicator of a child’s future success in life. The percentage of the population that reads at an acceptable level is a great predictor of the success of a community in maintaining economic growth and an excellent quality of life. Atria has been a proud supporter of Strong Start since 2004, and is dedicated to helping grow the program into the communities we serve.”
