Executive Team

Joins Atria from Cogeco Data Services (formerly Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc.). Extensive career in the telecom and utility services industries with executive level experience at Hamilton Hydro, and it’s FibreWired telecom services division. Mr. Collins earned a B.Eng from McMaster University and a Business Administration diploma from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University.

Patrick Dooling is an experienced financial executive and M&A specialist. Prior to joining Atria, Patrick spent 5 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advised top-tier Canadian and international clients on merger and acquisition opportunities and post-merger integration initiatives. Patrick is a chartered accountant, and holds a MSc (University of Victoria), MA (Wilfrid Laurier University) and a PhD in Geography (University of Sussex, UK).

Kris brings over 23 years of telecommunications design, installation and construction experience to Atria Networks. During his time with the Department of National Defence (DND), Kris was responsible for the construction and coordination of large telecommunication copper and fibre-optic MAN/WAN infrastructures throughout the world, in support of NATO and United Nations training and operations. He has managed product evaluation and design applications in the deployment of various wireless technologies, and was instrumental in the design and implementation of fibre-optic based UTELCO’s in the Region of Waterloo and beyond.

Steve is responsible for overseeing aspects of network operations at Atria Networks, including network, monitoring and maintenance, customer care and technical support. Steve brings over 13 years of experience managing operations in the wireless, data networking and technical industry. Prior to joining Atria Networks, Steve served as Director – Network Operations at FibreTech Telecommunications, where he was responsible for the network planning, management and supervision of daily operations of the network.
