Target Objectives:
- Network availability of 99.999%.
- Network latency of less
than 15 milliseconds within the Atria system.
- Packet loss of under 0.01% in the network portions controlled and administered by Atria.

These targets are unreachable by our competitors due to constraints of more conventional data transport media. Specifically, Atria's network has these advantages:
- Easily adaptable to new technologies.
- A network with incredible capacity and switches that can handle burstable, high bandwidth data traffic.
- Greatly reduced infrastructure costs for changes to network architecture.
Consequently, other providers do not offer QoS (Quality of Service) guarantees. Atria does, for all its customers, large or small. Atria is dedicated to serving the business community and offers a Service Level Agreement that guarantees service: no interruptions, no excuses.
